I usually go by “Kenzie”. I have been a licensed Massage Therapist for 9 years, working in a variety of settings such as gyms, clinics, corporate offices and in clients’ homes. I welcome all clients onto my table without judgment, I’m here to provide and safe and healing space.

I specialize in evidence based practices. I am constantly researching new findings in anatomy/physiology including injury treatments and rehab techniques, fascia release, preventive care, dysautonomia management, and chronic illnesses.

My session are always curated to fit an individuals needs. I commonly ask my clients what they do for work, exercise, and hobbies as this can give me a lot of information on how your body operates day to day. I’m here to help facilitate your path to being pain free with massage and I can provide you with some tips and tricks to help manage your symptoms at home.

I’ve always known I wanted to work in healthcare. Starting in high school I worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. I then attended The Salon Professional Academy in Fargo, North Dakota for Massage Therapy in 2016 and graduated with honors in 2017. I moved from North Dakota to Saint Louis in 2019 and I’ve come to really enjoy living here. I am very excited to be building my career here and to continue to serve the community around me.
